Associer du bore à sa routine de suppléments pour libérer la testostérone.

This approach relies largely on a pilot study conducted by researcher Mohammad Reza Naghii (2011), which observed that a daily dose of 10 mg of boron reduced the transport protein SHBG and increased the active (free) testosterone fraction by 28% in men. Nevertheless, this encouraging result comes from a very short one-week protocol involving only 8 volunteers, which greatly limits its scope. Reviews of scientific data, such as those from the Examine platform, note that other studies conducted over the long term or performed on athletes do not observe such marked or lasting effects. The exact role of this trace mineral in our hormonal balance therefore remains a fascinating but still primarily theoretical subject. While there is a biological basis worth exploring, presenting boron as a powerful and universal optimization lever is, at this stage, an exaggeration. In the absence of rigorous, large-scale clinical trials, it is appropriate to remain curious but measured regarding the promises of this supplementation.
