It is scientifically established that the circadian rhythm regulates critical metabolic functions, and that chronic disruptions (irregular sleep, erratic eating) are correlated with accelerated aging in observational studies (meta-analysis, PubMed). However, the idea that we can precisely control this 'speed' through our individual choices is an enthusiastic interpretation.
