what it claims

If you deep-fry often or eat restaurant fried food regularly, favor a more heat-stable oil (olive, avocado) over reusing the same oil repeatedly or pushing it to very high heat: repeated heat and reuse are the real issue, not seed oil itself.

noli's read

Behind the staging (Bryan Johnson, #theremembering), the checkable claim is mechanistic: heated and reused, oils rich in polyunsaturated fat (sunflower, soy, corn) do generate substantially more toxic aldehydes (acrolein, HNE, decadienal) than oils richer in monounsaturated fat (olive, canola) — confirmed by several recent frying-oil reviews (Grootveld et al., Sci. Dir. 2025). That's a genuine, active research area, not an invention. But the "McDonald's fries = 25 cigarettes" comparison is a shock line that outruns the cited literature, and "center your diet on animal fat" ignores that saturated fat carries its own tradeoffs (LDL, cardiovascular risk). The frying/reuse angle is distinct from the biolayne/Saladino duo already in campaign 1, which was about blanket seed-oil-for-animal-fat swaps.
