This advice is faithfully based on a rigorous meta-analysis published in 2025 in the scientific journal Clinical Nutrition ESPEN by researcher Mousa Khalafi. By pooling data from 21 randomized clinical trials (RCTs), this study demonstrates that combining omega-3s with an exercise program allows for the elimination of an average of 1.05 kg more fat mass than with exercise alone. It also confirms a measurable decrease in blood pressure, also estimated at around 4 mmHg. Although these results are scientifically robust, the researchers point out that these benefits for body composition and cardiac well-being remain modest. It should also be noted that this synergy does not influence sugar management and may be accompanied by a slight increase in LDL cholesterol. Rhonda Patrick's approach is therefore very well-documented and in agreement with contemporary research on physical performance.
