Start by separating the claim from its staging ("your ancestors had no issue for 2 million years," "the industrial system sold you the problem and the fix"). The checkable core — high omega-6 diets and photo-induced sensitivity — has real older animal support (high omega-6 diets shorten UV tumor latency in mice, PMC3128560), but the human signal stays inconsistent: a recent Mendelian-randomization study finds opposite effects depending on whether you look at omega-6 or omega-3, and cohort studies generally haven't found a clear link between dietary fat and skin cancer. The "sunscreen is an endocrine disruptor" part is a separate, weaker claim grafted onto the first — don't conflate the two.
