Across 1 decoded pieces of advice. This scores the state of the evidence behind what they say — not them, and not their honesty. Good creators cover contested ground; that shows up here as mixed.

What Noli has graded

Fix light, timing, temperature, and routine (sleep hygiene) before adding supplements or medication; he also recommends wearing blue-light-blocking glasses in the evening.

The full read

Two separate claims here, worth judging separately. The order of operations (hygiene first, supplements next, medication last) is a sensible general principle with nothing specific to verify — reasonable and cautious. But the specific recommendation of blue-light-blocking glasses is directly contradicted by the reference Cochrane review (Singh et al. 2023, 17 RCTs, 619 participants): no net effect on visual fatigue, and the effect on sleep judged "very uncertain" — 3 of 6 studies showed improvement, 3 showed none. What the research actually supports is managing light exposure itself (timing and intensity), not the tint of the glasses worn. The general framework is sound, but the most concrete, sellable piece of the post (the glasses) overstates what the evidence backs.
