Staying cool before bed (a fan, cooler bedding) improves sleep, especially in hot weather.

Same claim as other "cooling" posts in this batch, backed by the same evidence base: a controlled trial (n=17, cooling mattress topper) found +19 min total sleep time and -10 min sleep onset in overheated bedrooms, and a systematic review of 25 studies confirms personal thermal comfort systems generally improve sleep. The drop in core body temperature is a well-established physiological trigger for sleep onset, so the mechanism behind the hack is sound. What the video leaves out: the size of the benefit depends heavily on whether you're actually sleeping hot to begin with — in an already-temperate room, the gain is marginal.
